Upplands Väsby is located along the E4 highway between Arlanda and Stockholm. It is approximately 25 km from Stockholm and approximately 15 km from Arlanda.
Commuter trainsYou can get to Stockholm by commuter train in around 26 minutes. If you travel northwards, it takes around 10 minutes to reach Märsta. There you can change train for Uppsala or take a bus to Arlanda. At rush hour, there are up to six trains an hour on the Upplands Väsby-Stockholm-Upplands Väsby route. At other times, there is a commuter train about four times an hour. The buses are timed to connect well with the commuter trains. Car
By car, it takes about 25 minutes to reach Stockholm - Norrtull. To drive to Arlanda takes around 15 minutes and to Uppsala around 25 minutes.
Bus
26 different bus services operate in the municipality; 13 of these are local. Of the rest, 10 are regional and 3 are overnight bus services, but these are also ideal for using for local journeys. If you are travelling from the outer districts of the municipality in to the town centre and the station, the journey time is around 15-20 minutes.

Flying
It takes around 15 minutes to get to Arlanda flygplats
(Arlanda airport) by car. Using public transport, you can get there by taking a commuter train to Märsta and then travelling by bus from there.
