Zumba fitness/Dance-Mix

You who have fled Ukraine are welcome to a free danceclass. Focus on having fun together, no need to know any dancing or fitness. Ages 5 and up.

You who have fled Ukraine and live in Väsby are welcome to a free danceclass to have fun on the dancefloor together. Fun & easy Dance-workout to various music like latin, pop, cha cha, swing. You don´t need any dance experience, focus is on having fun.
For everybody aged 5 and up, children need to be dancing with an adult supervision.
We´ll dance to latin rhythms like flamenco, cumbia, cha cha etc, popmusic like Ed Sheeran and many other fun songs.
Bring a waterbottle and indoor shoes.
